At Rappahannock Area Community Services Board, our mission is to provide a firm
foundation for our region, by offering services that keep our community standing strong.
You might know that we help the most vulnerable in our area, by providing mental health,
substance abuse and developmental disability services. We serve people who’ve been
rejected by others—we offer support to those with severe and persistent mental illness,
intense addictions and profound disability.
