Outpatient Services

To help you live the best life possible, we offer comprehensive behavioral health services in our outpatient clinics.

Peer Support Services

The path to recovery can be long and winding. It often helps to have someone who has traveled the same road to point out bumps and twists along the way.

Residential Services

We help individuals with mental illness live independently in the community by offering skill-building services, training, and monitoring.

Case Management

We’re here to help you navigate an array of  treatment options, behavioral healthcare programs, and community resources.

Jail-Based Services

We offer onsite mental health services at Rappahannock Regional Jail and Rappahannock Juvenile Detention Center.

Crisis Services

Mental health crises don’t happen on a schedule–so RACSB provides emergency services around the clock.

Day Services

At Kenmore Club, we focus on each individual’s strengths, we help members pursue passions and build friendships.

Child and Adolescent Services

We offer board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists, specially trained therapists, and services geared toward youth.

Assertive Community Treatment

The ACT teams meet individuals where they are and work with them around-the-clock. These intensive services help individuals connect to the resources they need to avoid homelessness, incarceration, and hospitalization.

Specialty Dockets

We provide treatment services for individuals participating in area Behavioral Health Dockets and the regional Veterans Docket.

Substance Use Disorder Services

We offer a range of supports aimed at helping you recover from substance use disorders and reclaim your life. Our counseling, case management, support groups, medication-assisted treatment, and medically supervised detox services can be tailored to meet the needs of anyone struggling with a dependence to substances.

Office-Based Opioid Treatment

We combine medication with outpatient support as we strive to help individuals on the road to recovery and allow them to develop and sustain work, relationships, and hobbies.

Specialty Dockets

Drug courts help divert non-violent offenders from jail by offering substance abuse treatment over incarceration. The court helps individuals who have been arrested and who have a substance use disorder. The program includes frequent drug testing, substance abuse therapy, and supervision.

Outpatient Services

Recovery from Substance Use Disorder is possible–but it’s not easy. Our outpatient services support you on your journey to wellness.

Project LINK

We help pregnant and parenting women impacted by SUD connect with treatment and prevention programs. 

Developmental Disability

We offer a wide array of services to help individuals with developmental disability thrive in our community. We create personalized plans using a spectrum of services. From case management to round-the-clock care, we offer choices designed to help individuals live full, active lives.

Day Services

Our day support program gives individuals the chance to pursue their passions, learn new skills, and develop friendships.

Residential Services

Living in the community means having a lifestyle tailored to your interests. At RACSB, we provide this lifestyle for adults with a developmental disability. Our residential programs offer an array of services to fit a wide range of needs.

Respite Services

Myers Drive Respite Home offers a break for caregivers of adults with developmental disability. In addition to providing respite for caregivers, the home also offers social events, outings, and leisure activities for the guests.

Case Management

Our support coordinators work help individuals with a developmental disability navigate services. Support coordinators assess individuals to determine their needs, then find the most appropriate services.

Prevention Services

RACSB Prevention Services seek to reduce the problems related to alcohol, tobacco, or other drug use while encouraging mental wellness. We work to reduce individual, family, and environmental risk factors while increasing resiliency and enhancing protective factors.

Youth Services

RACSB Prevention Services partner with schools, community groups, and others in the community to provide a variety of curriculums to prevent youth from using and abusing substances. We also support social-emotional development in youth.

Community Trainings

We provide provide a wide array of evidence-based curriculums and best practice initiatives to support healthy lifestyles for youth free of substance and to foster a community of wellness.

Rappahannock Area Kids on the Block

We use puppets to discuss important (and often sensitive) topics in a clear, non-threatening manner while dispelling myths and providing useful information through role-modeling positive behaviors.

Healthy Families Rappahannock Area

HFRA offers a nationally accredited program providing regular home visits to promote positive parenting, improve childhood outcomes, and increase family self-sufficiency through education and community support.  

Early Intervention Services

When your child isn’t meeting developmental milestones, it can be scary and lonely. But you don’t have to face developmental delays alone. We’re here to help you determine if your baby or toddler needs support. We provide free screenings for babies and toddlers from birth to age 3 and offer services for those who need an extra boost.
