The decision to seek behavioral healthcare can be difficult. Whenever you’re ready, we’re here to help. Come on in during our Same Day Access hours to receive an assessment without an appointment.

Mental Health Outpatient Services

Mental Health Case Management
Mental health care encompasses more than therapy appointments and medication. For individuals struggling with behavioral health challenges, everyday tasks can become unmanageable.
Jail Based Services
We offer onsite mental health services at Rappahannock Regional Jail and Rappahannock Juvenile Detention Center. Our full-time clinicians provide behavioral health services to incarcerated individuals.
Mental health crises don’t happen on a schedule–so RACSB provides emergency services around the clock.
Day Services-Kenmore Club
Our clubhouse is more than a place to go during the day–it’s a community. At Kenmore Club, individuals with severe and persistent mental illness come for psychosocial rehabilitation.
Child and Adolescent Services
Having a child with mental health concerns can be challenging, and it can be difficult to navigate the maze of services to find what you need.
Assertive Community Treatment
Home is often the best place to heal for individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness. Too often, they end up in jail or on the streets. Our Program for Assertive Community Treatment aims to keep people with severe and persistent mental illness at home.
