Emergency Services: 540-373-6876

We offer onsite mental health services at Rappahannock Regional Jail and Rappahannock Juvenile Detention Center. Our full-time clinicians provide behavioral health services to incarcerated individuals. We provide crisis intervention, psychiatric services, substance abuse services, diversion services, and case management. We also help individuals with serious mental illness transition back into the community after they leave jail.

Jail can be a difficult place for people with mental health concerns or substance use disorders. RACSB has a unique partnership with the Rappahannock Regional Jail to provide support during this challenging time. We just began a pilot program to better identify and respond to behavioral health concerns during the intake process. We also have a strong diversion program that aims to keep people out of jail if possible or to make their incarceration as short as possible. Our diversion program also works with individuals for up to 30 days following their release.

Additionally, we offer mental health and substance abuse services at the District 21 Office of Adult Probation and Parole.
