Same Day Access
The decision to seek behavioral healthcare can be difficult. Whenever you’re ready, we’re here to help. Come on in during our Same Day Access hours to receive an assessment without an appointment.

Residential Services
A severe and persistent mental illness can make daily household activities difficult. We are here to help, with a wide array of services ranging from 24-hour supervision to weekly visits.

Peer Services
The road to recovery can be long and winding. Certified peer support specialists have traveled that path and provide unique insights, empathy, and the ability to inspire hope in others.

Mental Health Outpatient Services
We want to help you live the best life possible, so we offer comprehensive behavioral health services in our outpatient clinics.

Mental Health Case Management
Mental Health Case Managers help you navigate an array of treatment options, behavioral healthcare programs, and community resources to make sure you get the best care possible.

Emergency Services
Mental health crises don’t happen on a schedule–so RACSB provides emergency services around the clock.

Detention-Based Services
We offer onsite mental health services at Rappahannock Regional Jail and Rappahannock Juvenile Detention Center. Our full-time clinicians provide behavioral health services to incarcerated individuals.

Day Services-Kenmore Club
The clubhouse offers more than a place to go during the day; it’s a community. As a member, you’ll be involved in running the club while gaining confidence, developing skills, and pursuing your passions.

Child and Adolescent Services
Every child deserves to feel happy and healthy. We believe in a compassionate and supportive approach to mental health, and we’re to help you find the support you need.

Assertive Community Treatment
