Mental Health
We want to help you lead the best life possible. Whether you’re struggling to find joy in everyday life or living with a severe and persistent mental illness, we’ve got you covered with our wide range of top-notch services.

Specialty Treatment Dockets
Specialty dockets help individuals with legal charges stemming from mental illness and/or substance use disorders by offering treatment and intensive monitoring instead of detention.

Same Day Access
The decision to seek behavioral healthcare can be difficult. Whenever you’re ready, we’re here to help. Come on in during our Same Day Access hours to receive an assessment without an appointment.

Residential Services
A severe and persistent mental illness can make daily household activities difficult. We are here to help, with a wide array of services ranging from 24-hour supervision to weekly visits.

Peer Services
The road to recovery can be long and winding. Certified peer support specialists have traveled that path and provide unique insights, empathy, and the ability to inspire hope in others.

Outpatient Services
We’re here to help you live the best life possible by offering personalized support with a range of therapies, medication management, and coping strategies tailored to your unique needs.

Emergency Services
Mental health crises don’t happen on a schedule, so we offer immediate, compassionate support and stabilization. You don’t have to face a crisis on your own; we’re here to help 24/7.

Detention-Based Services
We offer onsite mental health services at Rappahannock Regional Jail and Rappahannock Juvenile Detention Center. Our full-time clinicians provide behavioral health services to incarcerated individuals.

Day Services-Kenmore Club
The clubhouse offers more than a place to go during the day; it’s a community. As a member, you’ll be involved in running the club while gaining confidence, developing skills, and pursuing your passions.

Crisis Stabilization
The Sunshine Lady House for Mental Health Wellness and Recovery is a welcoming therapeutic residential program that helps men and women find stability in a crisis. This program can help adults avoid hospitalization or transition from inpatient care.

Child and Adolescent Services
Every child deserves to feel happy and healthy. We believe in a compassionate and supportive approach to mental health, and we’re to help you find the support you need.

Case Management
Mental healthcare can be complicated. Case managers are available every step of the way to help you navigate treatment options, connect with the right resources, and achieve your wellness goals.
