It’s hard to heal without a home base. So, we use an evidence-based approach that views housing as the foundation to stability.
Permanent Supportive Housing offers flexible supports to allow people with serious mental illness to achieve a level of independence and to live in our community.
PSH helps remove barriers to housing, by offering case management, assistance with daily activities, conflict resolution, crisis response, help obtaining medicine and attending medical appointments. Our PSH team also works closely with local landlords to solve issues and concerns as they arise.
This program supports individuals with serious mental illness who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and who have a history of hospitalization.
