Rappahannock Area Community Services Board announces a continued partnership with Netsmart that will position the agency to capitalize on technological advances, measure outcomes and reduce gaps in communication among healthcare partners. RACSB and Netsmart share a common vision of leveraging technology and innovation to create a more seamless, coordinated, outcome-driven approach to serving the needs of individuals accessing mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services. Ultimately, RACSB’s extended partnership with Netsmart will allow the agency to provide more efficient care that meets the unique needs of each individual served.

This approach will also enable accelerated access to evidence-based practice and improve safety by minimizing unnecessary treatment, which translates directly back to high-quality care.
