support groups
We offer a variety of support groups for individuals facing mental health concerns and substance use disorders. Each group is designed to create a welcoming and respectful environment where participants can develop coping skills, find encouragement, and discuss their unique recovery journeys.
Our groups are designed to be welcoming and accessible. Some are drop-in peer support groups, while others are facilitated groups that require enrollment.
