- What should I bring to my first intake appointment?
Please bring your insurance cards, any court or referral paperwork, and proof of your household income if you do not have insurance. - What if I don’t have health insurance?
We offer a sliding scale fee based on your income. Under no circumstances will care ever be denied due to an inability to pay. - How do I register for a free community class?
You can sign up directly on our website calendar for suicide prevention or REVIVE! Naloxone training, or call 540-374-3337.
