MENTAL HEALTH OUTPATIENT SERVICES
Mental Health Outpatient
Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Our outpatient mental health services are designed to meet you where you are, offering personalized support to help you manage challenges, build coping skills, and move toward your goals.
Whether you’re looking for therapy, medication support, or help navigating services, our team works with you to create a plan that fits your needs and desires.
Counseling and Therapy
Our highly skilled therapists provide a safe space to talk, process challenges, and build coping skills. They work with you to support your mental health, relationships, and well-being.
Psychiatry and Medication Management
Our psychiatric providers can assess your needs, prescribe medications if appropriate, and work with you over time to monitor how they’re working.
Case Management
Case managers help connect you with services and resources that support your daily life—such as housing, healthcare, and community supports. They work alongside you to help navigate systems and stay on track with your goals.
Child and Adolescent Services
We offer mental health services for children and teens that are tailored to their developmental needs. Services may include therapy, case management, and coordination with schools or other supports.
Peer Support
Peer Support Specialists use their own lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery to provide encouragement, understanding, and practical support. They walk alongside you as you work toward your goals.
Support Groups
Support groups provide a welcoming space to connect with others who are facing similar challenges. Participants can share experiences, learn from one another, and build a sense of community and support.

Mental illness affects individuals and families across our community, yet stigma and misunderstanding still create barriers to connection and support.
