We are saddened to hear about the death of Doris Buffett, who spent her adult life sharing her bounty with others. We were so fortunate to be the recipient of her generosity. She helped us build both our Myers Drive Respite Home and the Sunshine Lady House, which is named after her. She had a heart for individuals with mental illness and developmental disability and was a champion of providing community services. She was also really funny, and we will miss her.
